SERVICES
What we do
We work with our customers in implementing lubrication best practices at their companies. This is done with the ultimate objective of achieving world class lubrication excellence. Our approach generally begins with a lubrication audit assessment. This is to determine where the customer’s company is in terms of its current practices.
The gap between current and best practices are identified and presented to the client. Our assessment reports the current situation with a holistic perspective. The achievement of lubrication excellence involves multiple disciplines within the organisation. Integration of these various disciplines directly impacts the efficiency of maintenance and reliability at the customer’s plant.
Oil Filtration
Quite often we simply read a laboratory test report that says, “High particulate contamination – filter oil”. In many instances, the provider of this type of analysis also provides the oil filtration service. In this environment there is no objectivity into exploring the causes that lead to the high particulate contamination.
Turbine Flushing
Lubri-Con Ltd. can clean and flush Turbines and Compressor Lube Oil Systems, both onshore and offshore. We will conduct a site visit as well as test samples taken from the unit. All of our observations and findings will be reported in a comprehensive report indicating problem areas and solutions. We have a very experienced team of engineers and technicians who will be responsible for completing the job successfully.
Lubrication Audit
A Plant Lubrication Audit is a detailed assessment of a facility’s existing lubrication management program. It is important to first understand the current on-site lubrication practices, good and/or bad and report on its status to management. This report is then used to determine what changes are needed in order to ensure the implementation of a world class lubrication management program.
Lubrication Technical Training
Oil analysis has been proven as an effective non-destructive method for gauging the health of machinery. Its use as a proactive maintenance tool is undeniable. Its application has led to reducing maintenance costs, improving productivity and providing peace of mind in industries
Cost Saving Initiatives
In 2011 on a routine visit to an industrial customer we were informed that the cost of maintenance of electrical motors was exceptionally high. Lubri-Con offered to investigate this issue for the customer. We began by collecting data: number of bearing failures/temperatures/lubricant in use/ lubrication methods/quantities and frequencies etc
LAMP
Lubri-Con’s Lubrication Asset Management Program is a unique offer to the Trinidad and Tobago Industrial sector. Our company Lubri-Con Ltd has the capability to take over your plant’s entire Lubrication Management.
